Disc Pelletizer is used to enlarge the size of the particles from their fines. The agglomerated product is sometime necessary particularly for certain reactions and also for ease of transportation. This is most applicable for making catalyst, magnetic material and also for the feed preparation before firing in the rotary furnace. The size of the pellet can be 3mm to 30mm.
